Interval Training

This class mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These training sessions are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push you harder than you would push yourself!

Classic boxing using boxing gloves, punching bags and jump ropes. Prepare to sweat in this boot camp style interval training boxing class.
